Production Areas
Production Hall
The main hall housing film-blowing, bag-making and finishing lines.
Film-Blowing Machines
Raw resin is extruded into continuous plastic film at controlled thickness.
Bag-Making Machines
Film is converted into bag form, including drawstring and rolled formats.
Cutting and Sealing Lines
Bags are cut to length and heat-sealed to specification.
Printing Machines
Flexographic printing applies logos and private-label artwork.
Raw Materials
HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE and recycled resin stock prepared for production.
Packaging Section
Finished bags are counted, rolled and packed to order specification.
Finished Garbage Bag Rolls
Completed rolls staged and labeled ahead of warehousing.
Warehouse
Finished goods stored and organized ahead of dispatch.
Loading and Shipping
Pallet and container loading prepared for wholesale and export delivery.
