What We Check

Every batch is evaluated against the following criteria before approval for packaging and shipment.

Micron thickness is measured across the film to confirm consistency.

Roll and bag weight are checked against specification.

Film is tested for resistance to stretching and tearing.

Bottom seals are tested to prevent leakage under load.

Bags are checked for resistance to liquid and puncture leakage.

Bags per roll are verified to match the packaging specification.

Width and length are measured against the approved size tolerance.

Outer cartons and pallets are inspected before dispatch.

Resin batches are checked before entering production.

Thickness and seal quality are monitored during film-blowing and bag-making.

Completed bags are tested against dimension, strength and leakage standards.

Packaging, labeling and roll counts are verified before dispatch.
